Just put it in the first frame.
To put in music, go to Soundsnap.com, search a sound, download it, go to Flash, click File > Import to Library, double click the sound you downloaded, and then go to the frame you want the sound to start, go to the Properties tab, click the box that says sound, and click your sound.
